The Royalford Pathiri Tawa is made using 100% natural clay specially made to be used on gas stoves or open fire. Its fine surface leads to uniform gas flame distribution and heating. Start using the Tawa when its heated but don't overheat the Tawa. When using the Tawa, cook on low or medium heat only. Do not leave your Tawa unattended, especially when empty. Turn off the heat as soon as you are done cooking. Once the cooking is done do not dip or hold the Tawa under water as it may crack as it's made from clay. Wash the Tawa using a sponge or soft cloth. Do not use scrub pads, steel wool, or metal scrubbers on non-stick surfaces. It might blacken after a couple of uses but that's normal. Taste the typical and traditional Indian breads made on clay Tawa which would turn out to be good for your health.
